**Note: This amount does not include your chapter dues. Chapter dues vary for each individual chapter.

Checks for new member applications and supplemental applications are made payable to the "Texas Division Registrar" and sent to the current Texas Division Registrar along with the application.  Please send a separate check for each application.  It also must be a chapter check and not a personal check from the applicant.  All fees must be paid through the chapter.

You may also pay for your UDC Magazine subscription with your annual dues. See your chapter treasurer for more information.  Chapters that are 100% subscribed to the magazine receive a discount. Some chapters will include the cost of the magazine in the chapter dues so check with your chapter treasurer before sending in a UDC Magazine Subscription form.
