CofC Flag
The Second National Flag, known as the "Stainless Banner" is the flag used by the Children of the Confederacy. It was adopted as the new National design of the Confederacy on May 1, 1963 because of the confusion caused by the likeness of the "Stars and Bars" to the Stars and Stripes US flag.
