For entry into
competitoin, the number of members in the chapter and the number of copies
printed must be
shown in the
top right hand corner of the entry. (This may just be written in
pencil on the copies to be judged.)
Three (3) copies of four (4) different issues must be submitted to the Division Historian for judging by August 1. The three (3) sets must go to General for judging on the Division level. Save all three (3) copies of the 4 newsletter issues and submit to the Division Historian at one time.
Awards are presented
according to the four chapter categories:
7-24 members
25-49 members
50-74 members
More than 75 members
The overall winning
Newsletter shall be the Chapter with the highest numeric score.
The overall winning
Newsletter shall be entered in competition at the General Convention following
the Division Convention of the same year.
